The End of Hope ending appears in Part 2 of Sally.exe Continued Nightmare: Eye of Three when all the girls have been killed. After Amy, Sally, and Cream are killed, Sonic is shown transforming into Fleetway Super Sonic and fights Exetior in a rage to avenge his friends. In the post-credits scene, you see demonized Tails crying for the death of Sonic, and the others, who are sad that Sonic died as well.

Losing the Fight[]
If Super Sonic gets hit once and loses energy, after Exetior asks Sonic how he has the strength to resist him, Sonic will then start reverting back to normal and fall to his death, having died of a heart attack as a result of him using his "internal reserves", according to Exetior. He then states that he'll now have to educate Sonic's friends of his passing, and in a farewell, states that he died a "stupid, but somewhat reasonable death" before flying away.
If Super Sonic loses all of his energy, he will be killed by Exetior, losing his head, ending the fight.
Winning the Fight[]
If Super Sonic avoids all of Exetior's attacks and wins the fight, Exetior is seemingly defeated as Sonic reverts back to normal and then sees demonized Sally. She then asks Sonic if he's happy having achieved his goals, having killed both her and Eggman.
Confused, Sonic states that after defeating the demon, everything's supposed to be alright. She then states that Sonic is the one who is crazy and that there is no demon. She says that while understandably their relationship wasn't the best, she thought, in the end, they were still friends, but then describes gruesomely what Sonic did to her, despite Sonic saying that he would never even think about it.
He states he transformed to avenge her and controlled himself to defeat the demon. Sally sarcastically counters this saying that he totally controlled himself when he killed her, Tails, Knuckles, and Eggman, even Amy and Cream, gruesomely describing the girls' murders in a rage. Sonic angrily denies all of it, saying that the demon was responsible. Before disappearing, Sally angrily and coldly remarks that there is no demon except for him, and hopes he is happy. This depresses Sonic, and he refuses to believe he is responsible for his friends' deaths and asks them to forgive him. He then jumps off the edge to his death.
It turns out Exetior actually survived the fight, as he reappears with Sally, having actually controlled her to manipulate Sonic to drive him to kill himself. He apologizes to Sonic for going too far.
